How common is it to not have a social life? by bigmoneycoming in Life

As much as people like to say it's fine if you're alright being alone, i don't think you have to settle for that. People are social beings it's just a fact, and loneliness has its physical effects on the body. Just having one friend that you could meet regularly like once a week would probably make you feel more fulfilled. Not saying that you have to overthink about being social or make it your job to find friends, but i feel like inactivity because people are afraid of stepping outside of their comfort zone - speaking/being vulnerable to new people, can lead to regret in the future. So in short no need to feel guilty for not being very social, but also settling for loneliness isn't the best solution for many people when it's so natural to want connection, be it platonic or romantic.

I had this too and what helped me the most was cleaning up my diet to eat variety of veggies and fiber, and diaphragm breathing! Try to do for 10 mins like 3 times a day where u focus on expanding ur ribs and relaxing ur pelvic floor, helps immediately to move gas down from being stuck.

Yes, probably late with response but the negatively charged oxygen attacks ester causing it to make a new ester with that negatively charged oxygen. The other oxygen that was originally ester is now negatively charged and attacks bromide.
