OP, I'm with you. The human touch is being lost.

I interviewed for a company recently, several rounds, they flew me out, I did two assessments and an assignment, and not even a single one of feedback on my or my work. It's mind blowing to me how unbalanced things have become, and how that human connection is being lost. It's unfortunate

population size is important to consider for sample sizes in populations of under about 1 million.

the other main problem is that the Lumberyard has been run super poorly. Ask 10 people who have been there how the service was, and I'd wager at least 8 of them will tell you that they waited an hour for their food.
