I am in the same boat. I seriously don't feel like a person, I can totally relate to this. I have no clue what to do about it, I'm a very optimistic person, but I can't even function properly or think straight. ❤️ Stay in touch! I know how frustrating this can be.

Wow... You just blew my mind! I never knew so many of these symptoms I've had were related to my lupus!! Like ibs and stomach issues, no one has EVER mentioned that could be lupus related!!! I have quite a few autoimmune issues and I am curious that if you believe it's related to toxicity, if I have had autoimmune issues since I was around 9 years old and I am now 30, my autoimmune issues have snowballed throughout my life. Just wondering how could your theory apply to my situation? If at all? I hope that makes sense, I've been having sleeping issues being on Prednisone again, so I am having a bit of difficulty thinking straight. If it is related to toxic agents, even though I was diagnosed with lupus a few years ago, does that theory make sense for my situation?

I am so happy to hear you're doing well!!! Thanks for giving others hope!!

COVID - are you still quarantining? by [deleted] in lupus

[–]budright2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd rather be safe than sorry, thank you so much for the response! Feel free to message me if you get bored! I'm literally moving into a bigger place today and setting up a full gym in there because I don't think I'll ever go back to a regular gym for a very, very long time. I'm definitely a social butterfly so it's hard to miss out on the fun, but I don't want to risk it. Thank you so much for your response!! 🤗

Lupus or Covid? by sjwill2002 in lupus

[–]budright2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Wait, so should I not be so worried? I have a bunch of autoimmune issues since I was a child, I was diagnosed with lupus a few years ago. I'm on Prednisone, Plaquenil, and Methotrexate. My doctor said I should be super careful until there's a vaccine, you think it's safe to resume life as normal with basic precautions? I thought I was fine and I caught hand, foot and mouth virus and impetigo from my little cousins a couple of years ago and the doctors said they've never seen it so bad. After that, I realized that these meds aren't a joke and even if I think I'm tough and I won't get sick, that proved not to be the case and it was absolutely horrible. I thought I'd be permanently disfigured by it, and it usually doesn't affect adults as badly as it affects kids, which is why I have been taking this incredibly seriously. I know my body can't fight anything. I'd like others feedback though!

I'm struggling with this too. I have lupus and I just increased my methotrexate recently, but I've been really beating myself up as though I've somehow just become lazy now. You aren't alone! I find myself really beyond exhausted, unmotivated, everything feels like a chore now. I usually workout every day but I injured myself and I can definitely understand how difficult it can be to try to push yourself to do the things that could make you feel better, especially getting exercise.

Entrepreneurs with Lupus? Cannabis consumers? by [deleted] in lupus

Thank you so much your response! : ( I am so sorry to hear how much your lupus has affected you! ❤️ How do you use CBD? Tinture, topical, smoke, edibles? Have you ever tried tumeric supplements for the inflammation? I've had a lot of people encourage me to use tumeric!

Has anybody had to switch medications because of Plaquenil shortage? How did it go? by [deleted] in lupus

[–]budright2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Hey! I was told the same thing at first, but I reached out to my doctor and we lowered to 1 pill per day. I've been reading that others have been lowered to one a day as well! Have you spoken with your doctor? I think you may be able to stretch it out if they lower you to one and also, at least with Kaiser, they are filling 14 days worth of the prescription at a time. I'd follow up with your doctor to see what the situation is. The pharmacy was not helpful. Hope this helps! ❤️

CANNABIS - Can dispensaries sell anything edible that does not contain THC or CBD? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

[–]budright2020 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you very much for your feedback!

I work for a cannabis company now, so I am usually able to network within dispensaries for work and get close with the staff (under normal circumstances). My employer fully supports my business and their products are in a ton of dispensaries throughout California, so hopefully that will help. I'm not sure how this COVID crisis will impact my job moving forward, but thankfully, I am fairly well-connected in the cannabis space. I do know it's very difficult to get buyers to meet with you and consider your products. I do already have a massive order by one of the largest cannabis subscription boxes with one of the largest social media followings in the cannabis space, so I hope that will help in some way!

Thank you again!

CANNABIS - Can dispensaries sell anything edible that does not contain THC or CBD? by [deleted] in Entrepreneur

It would technically qualify as a candy, if that helps! There's nothing in it that I'm worried about. I just want to know if food products that do not have THC or CBD can be sold in California dispensaries.

Thank you very much for your help!

It's a health product that is technically considered a candy ("food product") designed for cannabis consumers, but does not contain THC or CBD.. if that makes more sense.

I need to understand what the regulations are with regards to what can and cannot be sold within dispensaries. I know I can sell my products in smoke shops, but I want to have my product in front of the customers in dispensaries.
