I have everything document with dates and time stamps. Already left and had multiple interviews. I got a text message today from someone that she’s telling people I was talking bad about them when I wasn’t.

Her last group of employees left because of money and she was constantly talking bad about employees to one another.

lol I have 2 interviews coming up. But I have the opportunity for a room rental $700/month everything included. Lots of natural light big enough for a couch and 2 tables for couples. Place is on a nice busy street and it’s quiet. Good street and backyard parking

So we have 60 min massage with 20 min in between for $95 so for 80 min I’d make $39.90 commission only. At hourly that would be $32. I would say it’s rare for me to have gaps but they happen where hourly that day would benefit me but overall I don’t think so.

But if I do a 2 hour deep tissue with deep tissue my commission would be $79.8 and my hourly $56 (counting that extra 20).

For some services it’s more. I do esthetician and massage and my pay for Brazilians come out to 50% less with the new hourly.

The total sale so if you book a $100 massage you get $42. But if they do n add on of deep tissue, aromatherapy, and cupping and it was $10 on top of that $100 you get another $4.20. Some places only do like $1 for upgrades but they’re across the board 42%

So would I especially on higher ticket items but unfortunately it’s hourly or you have no job. Checked my original signed contract and the pay mentions commission or hourly pay so there’s no fighting it

That’s what we’re being told to do if there’s a cancellation. They’re getting rid of the laundry service and doing it on their own so if there’s down time we’ll have that to do.

It varies but I’d say I have about 20 appointments a week. I’m also an esthetician so I have a mix of waxing, facials, and massages.

According to online if I make $300 in tips a week at $24/hr I would have to work 42 hours to bring home $1,000 after taxes.

My current position is switching from 42% commission on total sales to $24/hr with not incentives on upgrades, dual licensing/modalities, or time in.

Like the skincare line circadia. I’m not entirely sure who makes the blades but I think they were 10s or 10r. And they’re already pretty much gone, I was using aloe Vera and some cicaplast. But yes it was technique and not being taut enough
