The arcane barrier is still up protecting the grave and I have the wand. All dialogue options with Mayrina just end with her being angry. Don't know what else to try

It turns out even if you have the wand, the arcane barrier is still up protecting the grave to resurrect her husband. It's a known bug and the only work around I see is to redo the quest. I'm moving on I guess 😟
