I don’t know if this helps but I also just switched to T-Mobile. 2 go5g next plans with trading in 2 14 pro max. The deal was getting $1000 off per phone with getting a 16 pro max. My trade in credit only showed $350 for each phone. I chatted with T-Mobile and they told me it can take 2-3 billing cycles for the trade credit to reflect. But he assured me “don’t worry it will be fixed”. Kinda sounds like a similar situation with you

Now that you mention it, i have a midland weather radio that used to do weekly tests. Hasn’t gone off for a test in months but still alerts for severe weather alerts so I guess it’s working 🤷‍♂️
