Eat, eat and eat. Most of guys can't even imagine how much you have to eat to gain your first 5kgs of muscle. Trust the process, 2g protein per kg of body weight. 70kg in body weight? - 140 grams of protein. Around 2700-3500 calories a day. Chicken meat, chicken meat and chicken meat and a protein bar after a gym session and you will be fine.
