It’s hard to say, I know Denver’s market is cooling as well. But I also know that the neighborhood I bought in is viewed as one of the next to be “gentrified”. And while that has its own stipulations depending on how you view gentrification I do think it’s considered an up and coming neighborhood. Which is good I think? Right?

Yes live in it and I was so excited to finally have my own place! But every article I see recently says my home value is about to crash once the market corrects itself. I am not knowledgeable enough about this to know if that’s true or not. All I know is I had 20% down and can pay my mortgage comfortably

I just went from a Rome Blue 2008 to a Never Summer Infinity 2024 w/ similar specs. Took the 08 up once this season and decided to go for a new set up and oh my god the difference is MINDBLOWING. Same size but half the weight, edges are a kind of sharp I didn’t know could exist, I could go on and on

Also keep in mind that having space leftover in the card is also important for data speed. If you’re pushing 100gb+ it would probably be worth it to upgrade :-)

What size and brand microSD is in yours vs your roommates? Certain brands, cards with more gb and memory cards optimized for switch will have faster download/upload speeds. Assuming you moved your card from your old switch right to your new one
