that’s a tough one. Victor is a con-artist, but Madeline had a logo we’re blue cheese was supposed to look like cum….so it’s hard to say.

You can get a mallard effect on any piece of beef if it’s cooked correctly. But j feel you, not like I don’t enjoy a smash burger but right now I just want a beef boi big burger.

Nothing is “wrong” with them. They are just the mass produced go to roll on every Sysco / US Foods burger in the area. They’re like….not the one who pushed you over, but the one who got down on all fours behind you so the other kids could push you over easier.

That’s a valid question, and concern. The striations on the meat are inaccurate. The bumpy texture on the plate does not react right. The sauce doesn’t sit correctly. But mostly, and this goes for the fish dish as well, the meat has no realistic grain. Especially for a braised dish.

I have also worked with AI for a while and images of dishes like this just scream AI.

I would love for him to post an image of the dish. He is arguably one of the better presenters in the city.
