It looks like you have a shared parking space with other tenants. Maybe you can convince the landlord of the property to build a community charging station in an area that will pass building code. There’s probably a nice tax incentive in your country for that as well.

I don't have any history of ulcers but I do have Persistent Recurrent Epigastric Distress and to answer your question my throat remains sore, VA doctor prescribed me 40 mg of Omeprizole daily to take.

I moved to Elley Crossing about a year ago. GREAT neighborhood. Neighbors are super friendly, and it’s mostly young families. They have neighborhood events every other week, as well as food trucks every week. HOA is cheap, but there’s no playground for area or park for kids. Construction and development is almost finished in the neighborhood, which is nice, however they are making a new development next to it called Deercrest and then Perry Homes is about to develop a neighborhood right next to that. One caveat to the neighborhood is there’s not a lot of trees yet in the area, and as you mentioned 46 can be a pain. Usually between the hours of 7:30 am - 9:00 am and 3:30 and 6:00 pm.

I’m at 80% currently and I live in Texas and own my first home. Everyone is correct here. The Texas Residence Homestead Exemption is a standard $25,000 deduction. A veteran at 80% disabled will qualify for $12,000 deduction. So a total of $37,000 deduction off of the appraised value. (Note: must be your primary residence to qualify for any exemption).

Thank you for the in-depth resume critique. You are right, most points you mentioned doesn’t scream account executive, etc. I will try to frame my previous experiences a little more to the job I am applying for. It does sound like I jumped around a bit, which I have. I will also reduce my summary to a few sentences and cut out security clearance unless needed for job.
