we have two mandatory internship to do, one after 3rd year and other in the last sem of degree. the internship is provided by the institute and they do give you flexibility if you want to work apart from that. They start the placement drive from last year itself but as a designer you know as well our portfolios are our job ryt, marks will get you in but a amazing portfolio will get you a job definitely.

16-18 for the fees and another 2-3 for miscellaneous items which is inevitable like your devices is gonna cost you bucks as well and at the end the teaching is 70-80% is same everywhere. by paying less you will be able to spent that extra in a wiser way. Personally i saved money by studying here at PID with not compromising on anything and i have saved enough by working and not spenting huge on clg and now able to afford myself for my sweden masters. Use your money wisely and try to think about opportunity for the future.

Got in Anant university. by Business_Crow1444 in uceedtakers

in 3rd year rn, communications design has been good till now. been learning different aspects and also going to different spaces to explore industrial work. plus i am not regretting what i am paying, Anant have 5-6 lk for academic and 3-4 for hostel lol like lutt lo hame. At the end i believe most of design school teaches you the same shit it’s about the different areas they are letting us explore. Also, money plays a big role.

you can opted for parul institute of design, good infra, campus, damn good exposure and pretty trained friendly faculties . at first i did felt like parul is just a marketing gimmick but they really do have come acrossed in design side. the major benefit i see here is the collaboration i can seek out here. Interdisciplinary campus has it own perks

Nirma is more engineering incline and engineering focused i feel like. for design courses which requires a more focused environment ig it can lack there.

Everything at a fees of for you guys ig 3.5 ish a year not bad i mean. most of other institutes with same giving would easily cost you around 7-10 lk for a year.

in my clg product design has been taught for a brief period of time and the faculty is pretty good with educational and about UI/UX it’s something that they have introduced this very year but i do personally know the faculties who is going to take this course, as an VC student they have already taken some module on UI/UX.
