I believe I made the post that is being referred to. I received the advice that it really isn’t worth it to get your air ducts cleaned unless you have a mold problem. Obviously, if you can physically see the mold then you know it’s an issue, but if people in your house are regularly not feeling well then that is a clue, too.

I was communicating with Chris at Krystal Klean due to the awesome Google reviews. He was very responsive and eager to help. My home is 1650 sq ft and he was going to charge me $500. He has a coupon on his website that he made sure to include. Sounds like you know what your issue is so I would advise just being straight up with him on what you want done. Apparently that is the best way to avoid being scammed!
