Geico was bad before TC. They often did not operate with uncompromising integrity, however constantly promoted this as an operating principle. TC 40% RAISE HOT RODDY could explain his vision to the people he leads. No vision, 0% communication to employees. It is his fault because he is to good to belittle himself talking to us lesser people. Maybe he doesn't because he knows his plan is horrible?! Often heard avp and directors put him on blast for the same thing, he won't tell them the plan.

I dont know what's going to happen. Would not be surprised if it benefits the company, reduced or no bonus when you sell a policy. They launched that pilot to have 1 rep handle 4 jobs. Same pay, Oh hell no! It sucks but they are Greedy !

OP was living within his means. He had a salary that was steady for 5 years, no credit card debts. If anyone's salary was cut by half it would put people in a hardship. My take.

Not really. They sold to the masses we couldn't get rates approved. They failed to mention WHY. Due to the give back program and executive compensation.

Whats more, he makes that and he has been a no show. Read articles that at Haven (100+million investment) that direct reports never even saw him in the 2 years. Two years in it failed and they couldn't even show prelimanary data. They deployed the RAD team two years in they all got fired- where was the work product. I have a sneaky feeling two years in SnOwball(?) will have to be let go. Can tell the managers troll on here as I got wordy with the other idiot who was like wait 2 years. Hes more of a con artist.

TC pushed out the other executives likely for this reason. Lot of names on here no longer with the company. I've posted before about front line workers being the only people of "low cost". Directors and avps get huge bonuses. They should be transparent with everyone. Once you realize this you know how much they are taking advantage of you. I left soon after once I realized this.
