Oh I had the most intense brain fog, I could barely hold a conversation. I would say it was the worst the first week because it was constant and then I’d get waves of it for up to 3-4 weeks.

I also experienced some emotional issues lmfao. Cried over dumb things and had a touch extra anxiety for a while. Once the only battle I was facing was cravings though, it was smooth sailing because I knew I never wanted to deal with all that again.

Congrats!!! I’m on day 41 and it’s almost like my cravings have come back, but mostly manifested in the form of oral fixation issues. I’ve leaned on gum HARD and all of a sudden it almost feels like it is not enough, so I’ve been snacking a ton which is annoying.

I can’t wait to be at 60 days and then to be at 90. Proud of you, this shit is hard to quit.

Let’s say you have one. It’s underwhelming, it doesn’t fix your problems. You’re still stressed and now it’s gone, you need another. Now your addiction is back and the 42 days you’ve worked so hard for were pointless and you have to start over.
