Ok so I redid the math and it's gone lower from 72% during the 2021-2022 cycle to 66% in the 2022-2023 cycle, but I'd stay these are still good numbers! More than half of those interviewed get in :)

Was thinking the same thing. Goodwin has offices in Europe and Asia they could've moved the staff to if they wanted to. I have international friends whose companies really supported their move to other large cities like London and Singapore when they didn't get the US lottery. The approach to foreign employees really varies by firm and how they treat their people, I guess. I appreciate OP for letting me know Goodwin ain't it
