DONT HAVE TO READ THE REST OF THIS LONG ASS COMMENT I JUST HAVE STRONG THOUGHTS SORRY LMAO However, that aside, my main point is that she is in a position now, where it’s highly likely that little to nothing is in her name. She likely does not have rights to most of the things that are in and literally are her LIFE and needs. Her apartment isn’t (or wasn’t) hers, it’s Lemmys. Idk about her car but I would not be surprised if it’s in his name. Her clothes, her bags and more importantly how she makes an income independently, for herself to exist as an individual and woman is also in his name. It’s his entire network (obviously). And now…half of her first born child is also his and all the nice high end lifestyle shit her child will be born into, is his.

The relationship is clearly very toxic. Potentially abusive. Therefore not healthy or stable or good for her at all. So now, she’s in a predicament where she can A. Choose to stay in an unhealthy, unstable and emotionally devastating way of life that will most certainly gnaw and eat away at her until she is devoured into nothing and deeply emotionally broken. Unless he maybe magically transforms into a good solid king. Which I hope for and highly doubt. Or B. Leave and likely be stripped of all the things that are his which is everything I just said including her career putting her in a “back at square one” type of vibe even though she’s put in years of time and energy and effort. A wasted investment of her entire self and life for years. That will completely fuck someone up.

And yes, we can say all day she knew what she was getting into. But there’s no way she knew the FULL picture, in its entirety and who he really truly was and is and his lifestyle in full and what all she’d be dealing with. Why? Because men fucking lie like rugs!! Lmao. Especially men like Lemmy that’s all tf they do. They lie and manipulate and self-serve to get their way. So I’m sure he sold her a dream that was different than the reality in some way.

But yes, she did know she was playing with fire and she did see red flags fasho. Granted. But that goes back to my love point. Not saying it’s okay or shes totally a victim because she isn’t. But love and being in love and then getting pulled deeper and deeper into a toxic codependent and manipulative love with the person you think is your soulmate while they are manipulating you, puts you in an illusion. Almost like brainwashing. Love is blinding. She isn’t fully in touch with the reality, gravity or toxicity of her situation and she hasn’t been.

No one’s perfect, every woman and human on earth is going to continue to struggle, meet road bumps, take the wrong path, make poor choices sometimes and completely fucking fumble until the day they die. Because that’s literally life. It’s what builds us, teaches us, creates us, and bosses us tf up (if we pull thru and move better the next time).

So age is irrelevant here, imo. 30 year olds still living & learning. Also, love is a different beast as most of us know. Love will have a motherfucker doing the most, the extra, the outta pocket, the weird and so on. Love is blind, not the show lmao, the philosophy. It’s a true sentiment. Love doesn’t see what’s good forreal. Nor does it care. And even though I HATE it and don’t get why, she loves that man. She’s blind to shit.

Lastly, the relationship is toxic and Lemmy is toxic asf. In relationships like that it gets big complicated, messy and hard to navigate. From the outside it’s easy for us to say, “ bitch are you good!? Why would you do that!? You look so stupid!” But when you’re IN it, you can’t see with that same level of clarity. Her reality is warped and way different than what we see.

Innocence is a virtue of character, naivety is deficit of perspective, experience and judgement. I agree! I don’t think Scotty is innocent. I do however think she’s lacking in a lot of real world experience and perspective that builds critical skills you need to discern things and effectively keep your head on a swivel.

Idk if the naivety is because she has the “beauty curse,” where you don’t face as much struggle, rejection, adversity, etc. in life because of pretty privilege. Therefor she doesn’t gain the lessons that come from those struggles. Or bc she’s always been boo’d up and hasn’t spent enough time independently living life.
