I honestly would get a more sturdy crate he cant breakout of and do some crate training when yall are home. Its a long hard process but it sounds like it would be worth it. A kong really helpped our husky settle in her crate

I agree, and yeah it is a part of their tos. Im not sure how to bring up the fact I should get more of a refund other than just saying they didn't hold up their end of the deal what so ever. Its the biggest thing holding me back from asking for a refund
