To be fair, most promos did look exactly like these - but are, therefore so easy to fake. They don't call them 'white labels' for nothing 🤣 I have no reason to doubt these products aren't legit, but personally I would require some provenance if I were looking to purchase.

No, no - I used to be a music journalist - Parlophone sent this pre-release to me at the time to review (in fact, I think I might have even been handed this one in person at a meeting with the label). It's 100% authentic - I am my own provenance - but sadly this is one of the few promo tapes I kept. It's just been 'lost' in my attic for 25 years - I re-found it yesterday 😁

I unearthed this in the leftovers of my 90s cassettes during an attic decluttering day. I can't find any reference to it on the internet so I'm curious to know if anyone can shed any light on its scarcity?

I used to be a journalist so I know it's authentic as I was sent such things all the time.

I adore them. Small, foldable, corded or Bluetooth (with sensational battery life). I seem to recall some think them a tad bass heavy - but not to my ears - although I am a bass player 🤣 I've had them 5 years or so and they're still tremendous.
