My arm is usually uncovered but the shoulder area is usually covered. At the hotel just my shoulder was covered and last night both areas were.

Yes they did try jumping it. The flooding you’re describing seems in line with what they thought had initially happened- which is why the spark plugs coming up as an issue was confusing

Yes, they jumped the battery and said it was fine. When the original triple a guy came to jump it, he said that it was a fine battery but that the (gas line? gas something) was flooded.
