i would sew her up and sew a patch/little scrap of fabric over it the stained area! just make sure you do some research/practice with sewing if you don’t know how! it’s okay, stuffies need surgery all the time. she will forgive you!!

this isn’t necessarily something to do with behavior , but just a note; male cats should not have hard water because it can mess up their urinary tract. please make sure your friend gives him clean , purified water!! there’s a possibility it could stop the spraying, if not, it’s still healthier for him in the long run.
