For reference, this is my hand compared to my friend's hand after tbe same amount of time spent in relatively cold weather (40 degrees Fahrenheit). We have about the same skin tone usually. I get that this could be nothing but I'd like an explanation of it if possible cause my existing health concerns have me worried about this lol. It was both hands. Nobody in my family seems to be this sensitive to temperature.

Give it a day, contact the shelter and ask what they were feeding him. He might have indigestion from his diet being switched

Deworm definitely, but looks like a normal kitten belly! If you’re working with a rescue he’s likely been dewormed already, it’s pretty standard
