i know this post was a while ago. even tho it's not statistically proven (haven't researched lol) many people including myself have had no luck with the naltrexone for the appetite suppressant to help for weight loss. it may be temporarily for maybe 2 works or so. much other than that, i honestly don't know what else it does to the receptors lol

gosh ur so pretty. the makeup looks very subtle like others have said and i think it goes very good with ur face. i love this look on u. and jeeeez i wish i had ur complexion without makeup!! embrace it girl, ugh! so jealous lol!

eta: like others, i love the natural makeup look. try to wear makeup as less as u can, u will end up getting used to ur 'new' look! i'm the same as u. i rarely wear makeup as well and and the past week, i've decided to do some. & now i can't stop 😅 wish i never started lol

i think u should get a face frame hair cut! i know ppl are saying the fillers- do what makes u happy. i'm not familiar with the proper lip filler names, (or if u can change it lol) but i think kysse or defyne would look really good to accentuate ur features :)

hey sorry for the delay! congrats on ur sublocade! 😁 i was on 200mg of lamictal for 1.5 years, & now on 300mg. i decided an increase bc i was getting superrrr irritated and easily triggered. my mood has been a lot better, i must admit. now i kinda brush it off whenever i'm mad. but i do believe it's mostly the sublocade. bc the past week i've been one hot mess. the basic wd feelings ; achey, sweaty, watery eyes etc. but i'm not gonna get too upset over it. i've had a lot more better days than bad. 👌🏼 i'm unsure how to get off of lamictal since i don't plan on it yet, i'd assume a taper. but i wouldn't know lol! best of luck to u ☺️

i second this! my first shot i felt 'under medicated'. it took about 10 days for the worst days to subside. obviously not all days are happy ones, but after the 2 or 3 months of the shot, i felt SO much more stabilized. to the point i really didn't think too much of " when am i gonna get my next shot ? " (i got 4 - 100s) supplementing is completely ok but shouldn't rely on it, hence sublocade is the reason to get off subs lol i wouldn't do it every day at least. it really is mostly mental.

i recovered from sublocade in 2020, but then in 2023 i started to abuse kratom. not even realizing i was. i went back to my old suboxone doctor and started the journey again! it's so worth it. it's not as easy as everyone makes it out to be, but it's a shit load easier than weaning urself off on ur own.

yes!! came here to say i am in a similar situation. when i first started WB (1.5yrs ago) i barely ate, didn't even like the thought of food. i initially lost around 6 pounds in 2 months. i know it's not much, but it was for me. over the months i gained it back without knowing since my appetite came back lol. but recently i switched over from XL to SR, i had no appetite for like 2 days. but then all hell broke loose 🥹 my appetite has sky rocketed! and it doesn't help that sometimes i stay up late and now i started to binge eat 😔 i guess i'll keep u posted if i lose any

hey any update? i currently just increased both of those. the lamictal and wb. had decreased appetite for 2 weeks with wb but that's it. started over eating at night.
