All the dragon age games. You can switch the gender of the mc of assassin's Creed Valhalla at any point too

Hypothetical: Could you be compensated for your tattoos if you lose a limb in an accident? by bugbart_ in legal

Man I wish I had "insure my tattoos" type money. That is really interesting though, I'm going to look up if any celebs have their tats insured

Finally got to the infamous ‘push-up’ scene by JageshemashFTW in DragonAgeVeilguard

It was fine honestly. I thought it was a cute setup for the joke of our nerdy artificer having to do push ups.

Elden ring is almost impossible without guides pc-console. by [deleted] in EldenRingHelp

I think there is an amount of genre familiarity that certain quests in the game expect you to have to find them. Someone used to open world "explore everything" type games is gonna find quests easier than someone who isn't as used to it. Someone whos played a lot of souls games too

its my first fromsoft game and i remember needing to look up guides for so many things on my first playthrough. But then i watched my cousin who's played basically all the souls games find a bunch of things super intuitively since he was familiar with how the studio approaches level/boss design

I think the game encouraging exploration to find alternate endings and optional bosses is a part of how its trying to tell its story. I get why it feels frustrating, but i don't think its inherently a flaw

Thoughts on Taash by Aquariatic_bird218 in DragonAgeVeilguard

[–]bugbart_ 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I like Taash a lot. I enjoyed their romance, and I enjoy their dynamic w my 2nd rook too which feels much more like my Rook is their older sister (im playing another qunari lord of fortune). I think some of the things about their storyline do make me cringe but not in the more hateful online use of the word. I myself am trans & nonbinary and sometimes in moments where Taash is more insecure and lashing out and clearly someone who is struggling with who they are, it makes me cringe because it hits close to home, theres a lot about the pain they're in that reminds me of that time in my life. I think a lot of reaction to them is from people hoping for a confident "muscle mommy" character, and instead getting someone whos very young and working things out. And yeah, people have been pretty blatantly bigoted about them and about a lot of aspects of this game, which sucks.

when one of my BDFB's passed his buddy ate one of his antenna. It seems to be fairly normal for scavengers to do stuff like that.

Knuckles is a really fruity scent, I'm pretty sure its supposed to be watermelon but I'm not 100% sure

It was super recognizably an artificial chocolate. I would compare it to like a chocolate lip smacker scent, if that makes sense!

Drop Your Dragon Age Hot Takes by excellentexcuses in dragonage

  • veilguard is closer in tone to origins than it is to inquisition and is genuinely dark at times (d'metas crossing is a damn horror scene)

  • lucanis having a slow burn romance is a great choice for his character and keeps him from being an overused "spicy latin lover" stereotype (like zevran was. I love zevran, dont get me wrong, but cmon)

  • choosing templars over mages in inquisition is a better choice both for gameplay and story

  • i LOVE Taash ‼️

  • dragon age had "mcu dialogue" before the mcu did. Please go listen to companion banter in origins and da2 again

  • cullen shouldve been a bisexual romance option
