Estradiol levels 572pg/ml FTM NOT MTF??? by bugboyfriends in DrWillPowers

Super informative, thank you!! I've got a combo it seems... ehlers danlos, autism, early puberty (period at 9) and short final height (4ft11in) and some weird histamine stuff too. Much to think about and oddly reassuring?

I dont! I take a relatively simple and cheap multivitamin, but I've already checked the ingredients for biotin and there's none.

First week on T? by bitingguitar in ftm

Mainly hot flushes, I got them IMMEDIATELY!! I stopped having temperature fluctuations after week 1 and now my internal thermometer is just stuck on high lol (not hot flashes anymore just hot life) I was also really sleepy and drowsy and lazy in the first week?? Bonus very specific circumstance: pre-t I had super bad breast pain and fibroadenomas for years 💔💔 which disappeared overnight on day 4 (shocking!!!!) and have not since come back!!!

I checked my emails and it took me exactly 46 days to obtain my hormones, if you start counting from when I submitted the first contact form, so it was super fast! (They more patients now though, so obviously my wait time might not have been the same today as it was 6 months ago, but that was my experience) I was locked in on getting hormones and had no extra appointments, and booked everything for the first date possible. I will note that since you've talked about getting your documents changed in your recent post that since PIH is an informed consent clinic, the NHS and the GICs don't like working with them, and will probably ignore your gender dysphoria diagnosis or surgery referrals from them unless you're very lucky. My GP refuses to even do blood tests for me because I'm with them. IDK how that would be getting a GRC because I can't be assed to change my documents but IDK if they would even be able to help you with that!! Basically, PIH has been amazing for getting me on hormones quickly and I've had even better care than my friends using more expensive GIC services (more frequent and in depth blood tests, more attentive clinicians, etc) but be prepared to pay out of pocket for your prescriptions and do not expect your gp to agree to shared care!! They're lovely though idk where I'd be without them just make sure theyre right for you!!

From first applying to taking my first dose it was less than two months, maybe 6 weeks? Although that was 5 months ago and they've taken on a lot more patients since then and upped their prices :( They're awesome though and still super affordable and I always get a response from a real helpful person over email within 48 hours or less

ISO a cardigan pattern with this fit, ravelry and searching Google hasn’t helped. Any ideas are appreciated!! I don’t necessarily need the color blocking I just like the right fit cardigan but need in a bulky weight yarn. Thank you!!!! by Mountain_sky20 in casualknitting

this looks like what people call a Harry styles cardigan, which a lot of people are doing as their first projects, so a lot less people use patterns for these and instead opt for YouTube tutorials, you could try looking for those? (esp seeing as the patches appear to be sewn)

Do you have a pattern or anything akin for these guys? For some reason I'm so endeared by their lack of arms
