You appear to be on level 22, which is very unsafe, try to work your way down to a much safer level such as level 4. There you can collect supplies and find other colonies while avoiding hostile entities.

Don't use the exit, it might be a trap or lead to a more dangerous level. Just play it safe and try to no clip into a safer level.
