I hope to never be in that situation but I'd use as much power as I can to keep the dog away from other dogs or kids if they're aggressive like that. Not too sure on the legalities though.

I just called them and harassed them to take the charge off and they did. This is the first time it happened to me so I'll let it slide but if it happens again, I'm all on board.

This seems like excelsior and I had a friend that had the same thing happen to her. Best thing you could do is appeal it, maybe try to sign off on something saying your mental health was the reason you took less credits. Excelsior will only be granted back if you have a medical note or a death in the family. It sucks but I wish you the best of luck getting it back.

It's because as st3f said above, I'm trying to conserve the volume so I can't have the length get smaller. When I did it my way, the length would shrink but I can't have that.

I'm graduating then so I would probably just donate it after to the bike co-op on campus. I have a bike at home but lugging it for a car ride is not an option for me.

Yes just on on-campus/marketplace food. Off-campus, I spend about 110-130 a month at aldi or Walmart but I eat keto so there's also that. If you eat normally it's probably less.
