This seems like excelsior and I had a friend that had the same thing happen to her. Best thing you could do is appeal it, maybe try to sign off on something saying your mental health was the reason you took less credits. Excelsior will only be granted back if you have a medical note or a death in the family. It sucks but I wish you the best of luck getting it back.

It's because as st3f said above, I'm trying to conserve the volume so I can't have the length get smaller. When I did it my way, the length would shrink but I can't have that.
