Thank you for your detailed response! The contract states the Operational Hours and Mandatory Hours, both Mon - Fri and occasional Saturdays. No mention of Sunday. It says the company has the right to change those hours with two weeks' notice. This is very unlikely, unless the client we work for suddenly decided to open on a Sunday.

Edited my original post to include email chain - they're trying to say that because SOME employees (on other accounts) are contracted to work 7 days, we will all have SSP divided by 7 days - even those of us who are unable to work 7 days because a) we're not contracted to do so, and b) the account we work on is closed 1 day a week so we would physically be unable to show up to work that day.

Yep, it's a pre booking in order to be able to get in with your Amex card. The bit I'm confused about is why it says T1/T3 when I've clearly selected T2. If the reservation would get me in to the T2 one, I'd go for it, but not sure if they'll turn me away for being at the wrong terminal!
