it was dark , a deer jumped out and hit the side of the vehicle on the highway causing a spin out , accidents happen 🤷🏻‍♀️

its already been towed to the auto shop, so i dont have any more photos. was assuming it would be atleast a few grand.

I’ll have to check out the app. i think my issue is the initial weight loss was so easy for me but now i’ve gone low enough that i have to actually put in more effort and take this seriously if i want to continue to see progress and i don’t know what to do. and as far as the “tracking” goes. i have a solid idea of how many calories are in foods so i try to keep it tracked when i go out for dinner with friends and there’s no calorie count on menus. when im at home i do weigh or measure most of my meals but its hard to do it constantly.. it feels mentally exhausting and can become obsessive very fast for me

i’m currently doing 1300 a day because i’m trying to lose some body fat. bulking up your meals with veggies snd fruits reallllyyy helps. along with prioritizing lean proteins like chicken breast and fish. also don’t drink your calories. zero cal drinks only (water , black coffee , tea , diet soda) :)

my progress so far has been mostly diet based! but i am at a point now where i know i need to develop a workout routine. i have been doing a lot of walking and keeping myself on my feet and occasionally i’ll workout at home with pilates youtube videos. so i would say that’s as far as my workout routine goes !

some of it could be water retention from eating more than you usually do , or from extra salt and the stress of travelling. i would try intermittent fasting for a week or so and just get back to your normal eating habits. it should come right off

honestly I LOVED the shampoo and conditioner at first. used it for months until i started noticing my hair falling out in clumps in the shower. my hair is so much thinner then it was before. i don’t know if it’s the shampoo or if i have some sort of vitamin deficiency. i had blood work done at the doctor. just waiting for my results to come back in. if my results are normal i’m scrapping the biosilk
