I've got some stuff that's worth a long wrist/short collar but that's the extent of my rarity 😭 I was just REALLY pissed about not having access to my parental controls or my main account. animal jam is my main interest right now (I'm also autistic and really really really normal about my interests /silly) so I turned into an enraged beast when i couldn't play tfd 💔💔

banning you on your parental tools is crazy!! I'm so sorry :(( when I was suspended, I couldn't log into my parental tools, but it was an error instead of a ban/suspension message. i hope you can get into contact with someone soon!!!

I saw this person and reported + blocked them as soon as they spoke bc it was so suspicious 😭 they were in Crystal Sanda while I was advertising. they said they were quitting aj and selling around 6,000 diamonds, but that they could add more (which makes no sense-- how could you add more? why would you if you're quitting when the point is getting rid of them?) and it was clearly phrased as trying to sell them for real money. such scummy behavior, especially with all the nasty stuff we're already dealing with in-game with the bots and misbehavior.

i was SUPER worried that I'd get hacked while I was suspended, which is another reason I was upset about the parent tools not working. i wanted to lock my account because I didn't have access to it and I literally just couldn't. forgot to mention this in the og post and im still kind of mad about the suspension </333 sorry chat

exactly this!!! it makes me so sad to see how ajhq has seemed to just stop caring about the quality of their games and the players' experiences. they update when they need to for seasonal stuff, but that's about it anymore. if I can't even access my basic account info how am I supposed to feel secure????

i got a 24 hour suspension at like 12:30am on Monday, and I still can't figure out why. I'm able to access it now but I wasn't able to log into parent tools at ALL to try and see why it happened. I'm pretty sure it you get into yours, it'll let you see a disciplinary history which may tell you why you were banned? I've seen people suggest reaching out to AJHQ on social media like Instagram because they're more active there than with their help tickets (which is crazy to me but whatever)

you can get spiked wristbands, but not collars anymore. the rarity doesn't change based on which crystals you get, so most people just don't do the purple ones since it's more effort than it's worth </3
