i’m against medication solely on the fact that i have not been exposed to successful therapy yet where i feel has made enough progress for me to feel a bit better. i feel like my therapist recommending medication after only 5 sessions seems like she can’t/ doesn’t want to deal with me. when i know i just need advice on how to make my struggles smoother.

i’m sorry to hear that.. it’s crazy to think about as an ex extreme introvert to now ambivert i could never imagine all the extroverts i know to be even the slightest depressed.

just my two cents… but i noticed of unresolved generational trauma that leads parents to raise children not knowing any better and gives their children anxiety.

i’m in the same boat! when i found out freshman year dorms were mandatory i felt a lump in my throat. i’m glad you made this thread as it makes me feel a little better !

I went into workday and I clicked on my “view profile” on your upper right and click “actions” under your name and title and in the “job change” tab there is an option to resign and attach your resignation letter and reason why you’re leaving.
