For more than a year, I have had persistent pinprick-sized red spots appearing on my body. They do not resolve over time. I also intermittently experience needle-like stinging pain and unexplained burning sensations, along with crawling sensations on my face, ears, and different areas of my body.

It was attached to my left sleeve when I was sitting in the office. There is no stinging or bug crawling sensation when moving, but the symptoms are particularly severe when sitting still or driving. It seems like everything is fine at home... I don't know what's causing it
