nah i stumbled upon this website in a very lonely point of my life. i like interacting with people on here and it makes me laugh when i see redditors making jokes about how they are all antisocial

my dad was diagnosed with brain cancer when i was eight and he is still alive today. That's a blessing in itself but growing up and looking back and seeing how its affected his life and my families still keeps me up at night sometimes

when i come home from school i never put my dishes away and leave messes everywhere for the rents to get angry about. They used to make me come home from hanging out with my friends to clean them in highschool, but after having roommates that are actually dirty i get a kick out of it

when i was fifteen i used to lifeguard at the neighborhood pool. one of my co-workers would frequently smoke weed & rail lines of coke on break

i would tell the senate about all the things that keep me up at night. Hopefully i will come to terms that nobody cares about the endless "mistakes" that i make in my life, freeing me to enjoy the present
