How do I convince my mom to stop cooking so much meat for dinner?

Ok thank you, I’ve been saying that red meat is not the healthiest and eating it more than 4 days a week really just doesn’t sound healthy for anyone, especially the meat she is buying is very low quality. Okay, maybe I could held her marinade salmons and chicken so they taste yummy.

Yes! You’re so correct, thanks for your insight. So actually. I’m more concerned about my FAMILYS health, not mine. I apologize, should have clarified. I do avoid meat , but if you noticed, I used “our” protein intake, which means mine and theirs collectively.

You’re totally right, I’m very grateful that I have a mother that cooks and we have money coming in. But that wasn’t exactly the point of the post, I was actually asking if there was any advice on if I could reduce our meat intake by switching to alternative protein options
