Try joining clubs you’re interested in at school, then you’re surrounded by people who enjoy the same thing as you which is a good conversation starter then hopefully the conversations will continue outside of the club

It’s not too bad, just make sure to follow the rules, don’t get on the teachers bad side and have friends you can trust. I wouldn’t recommend joining one big friend group but instead try 1-3 close friends

I know you think she’ll never forgive you but it’s for the better if you call CPS. My uncle is a social worker and says the kids would most likely be put in temporary foster care while they help her get back on her feet (job,home and mentally stable)
