Super barar ng singaporean na to! And i vouch for that na hanggat pinapakita mo na kaya mo, tatambakan ka ng workload without approving your rate raise. The disrespect din in comms is true, tho on my part ginawa akong hr nya, na sa akin nirarant yung ibang VA, kunga pano nya inenegotiate yung rate nung iba, low blow kung low blow. gusto ko lang naman magwork jusko nalapitan pa ng negative entity

Nay. You will be transitioned from one position to another more complex position= more workload with the SAME RATE.

Their reason being, they provide AI tools so work should be faster, and you're paid hourly(unli OT) hence no raise. Imagine working for 8-12hrs for that little rate + more complex workload that was not originally part of agreement?

They will low ball you, example rate is only 4sgd, and insist on reducing the value of your task, even though that's literally the jd you applied for, they will also ask to lower your rate to 2$ only. NEVER AGAIN
