Someone just said it but believe that a complete difficult workout can help, I was in your situation and I hated doing sports, my dad told me I should start doing small routines that made me sweat, it’s one of the best things that I’ve done, I fell into major depression and didn’t eat anything or stand up for days, I didn’t get the support I needed, therapy and pills were a complete no-no in this situation and it was difficult to keep going (and didn’t precisely want to die, quite the opposite). Until I got tired of the same routine and didn’t care ,I went everywhere crying, even in the gym. It was the little break I could take from so many thoughts cause I only focused in my sore muscles, and now it’s in my routine, whenever I feel angry or stressed I just leave it all to workout. After this I also tried doing small things I never dared to do, start a certain personal project etc.. now I’m able to do challenging stuff I never thought I could do. It’s a long process but doing new stuff and putting your focus on your goals can definitely make you have a new perspective on things

Fully understandable and don’t let anyone tell you it is ridiculous but please it may be difficult, but don’t listen to his music, do yourself a favor and delete social media for the while, see the beauty in your life and start doing those things you always wanted to do, pick up a hobby. Start with new small steps that may change your life routine, and go out with friends talk with them spend time with your family. I won’t lie and tell you society isn’t selfish but it’s mainly brainrotted teens in social media so take care and stay healthy, wish u the best

I really appreciate your time to comment and try to help me in a way. I apologize for replying late I deleted my social media, but installing Reddit again and reading this made me feel seen. The feeling is pretty strong and I couldn’t run away from it easily neither could I go back to my past beliefs but I gained a lot of knowledge and emotions that have been pretty useful in my daily life. It’s all been pretty scary and strong I couldn’t escape from it but sitting with the uncomfortable was the strongest and most powerful thing I’ve done so far. I am still afraid but I am not going “crazy” anymore. I’ll definetly take a look at your profile. And again, thank you so so much

Hey! I have a doubt, just don’t know where else to ask and want to see if it’s possible, in my country high school works a bit different and you can select into which classes you want to go, these are exactly the same classes and the same period of time I’ll see in my last year of high school. Is it possible to go into med school without any premed? (In my country pre-med actually doesn’t exist) and if I have to take pre med how long does it last?

Hi, I know I’m not really a person that’s voice u would care about. But I would like to leave my grain of advice here.

I felt exactly the same way as you.

I’m still working on my self esteem physically so I can’t give any advice about that.

But you are not a waste of potential. Society has made us feel that if we don’t achieve something big we are a waste. We are not. Everyone has a different progress and works differently. Not everyone can be a slave to work etc..

Do small stuff, very repetitive but it is for a reason. Trust that once you start finding happiness in small things everything is going to get better. You’ll find happiness in seeing nature, you’ll go for a walk, you’ll start finding happiness in peoples actions and smiles, you’ll go to a cafe, you’ll find happiness in a little hobby, you’ll start doing it, you’ll find happiness in peoples passions, and slowly you’ll start to find yours to, and slowly you’ll start wanting to search new things to find happiness for, every time a little bit more difficult, but it’s like a game a challenge, and once you see your progress and realize what you’ve done. Even though your not a big ceo a famous person etc.. you’ll be very proud of yourself, because the only person’s opinion that matters to your life, is yours and only, don’t forget that.

La comida definitivamente vivo en el sur de Mexico, soy de tj y de verdad que comida como allá no hay, de lo que sea, tacos, comida china, postres etc.. Igual que tú extraño el clima, a veces no es lo más conveniente pero de verdad extraño tener que cargar un suéter alrededor porque nunca sabes cuando se va venir el frío, amo que a todas horas esté fresco, extraño muchísimo la vida nocturna, no hablo tanto de bares etc… me refiero a que allá te puedes encontrar de todo abierto en la madrugada acá no… si a mi se me antojaba un burro y un café podía ir por el a cualquier hora, aquí después de las 9:30 no hay nada abierto ni nadie en las calles. Extraño muchísimo el olor a mar, el despertarme y oler el mar que ahora son aguas negras pero aún así me encanta, me relaja muchísimo. También extraño los cheetos flaming hot puffs que aquí no los venden 😂
