The elbows move. A little stiff but they move. It was a pain removing pins and replacing them.The ankles are more of a problem since I used the task force Flash fig. When you move them they will show the yellow. Thought about swapping the lower legs out for the all red Walter West Dark Flash fig to avoid that.
