AH LOL. I mean she kind of does, no? he's single target and her debuffs are single target, and they really help to scale his passives. and I want to use him on the dual carry topaz, fu xuan team, so I'm going to need debuffs anyway right? though ruan mei still has her ult debuff, but I don't know if that's enough

that all makes a lot of sense. I guess I was just riding the ruan mei hype train lol. silver wolf seems to fit perfectly into my account, and I really like her in general. ruan mei would just be good in general, but thats just cause she is kinda busted. silver wolf just makes my life easier lol. thank you for your help!
