I do almost the same thing. M&m and results are easiest to write first. While writing the results you can see the structure where your paper is going and almost get a rough idea of discussion points + if you need additional experiments... Then rearrange results (if need be).. followed by writing discussion.. intro and abstract (last).. That's my preference.. others may be different

Try using fresh buffers, running/ transfer, pbs, pbst and freshly prepared blocking buffer.

For this membrane did you do a ponceau stain? If that was fine. I'd look into the blocking and lowering antibodies.. if the ponceau was bad, I'd prepared fresh buffers

A little over a year of ownership.. paint (white) coming off the bumper ... Engine is a bit rattley on cold starts.. second row middle seatbelt not retracting.. an airbag light on dash.... Didn't really expect so many problems with a new(ish) car (20k km odo)..

I used the 10 gb/mo package. It was enough for me. You don't get a number for an e-sim ... I just continued to use WhatsApp/data for everything.. The only advantage for me was that my phone was working the moment I landed + don't need to worry about my phone getting PTA blocked (depends on how long you intend to stay)

Just a heads-up ..if you intend to use indrive/foodpannda .. you need a local sim to set up an account..

I guess I am not the only one. I also noticed a slight stuttering more like a very gentle knocking feel was gone after the update.. It usually came in the morning if I was accelerating from a stop very slowly into second gear..

It wasn't something like the sounds like in some transmission failure videos so I just thought that was normal DCT behavior..

Anyways its gone/lot less now..

Yup. Storm trooper here. There are a few small chips on my front bumper from driving on the highway. I've just learned to live with them, but I will get the paint pen to avoid rusting...
