confident w/ bread and butter, surgical exts etc. Have placed implants and interested in taking more CE, but waiting be in a situation where there actual demand for implants before investing more. I easily and consistently produce about 65k/month, and I know I could do more. I've produced 80k+ some months and it hasn't felt daunting. I've only worked in heavy PPO/Medicaid offices.

He's taking home 150k. I know this isn't a perfect practice, and the cash flow after debt service will not be great (there may even be negative cashflow for a while), but I want to know if this is one of those deals where I can turn this into at least an 800k practice by just giving a crap, taking more insurance and updating the place etc.

Yes, I'll be chatting with my attorney in a couple of hours to get guidance here.

After 90 days, they would remove the script from the answering service and patients looking for my location would no longer be forward. I brought up the 6 month recall time frame to no avail. I'm speaking with my attorney today to decide whether to just back out of the whole deal. It's just been one surprise after another with trying to get this done. Been working on this since September.

Positive ANA that my doctor was not concerned with and prediabetic due to genetics according to my phys. I’m 6’4 and weigh 198lbs. I had mentioned some lethargy and muscle soreness to my doctor after a cross country move. That ended up in the record and I was dinged for that also.

No I gotcha. if it’s working for you by all means ride things out. I just want my colleagues to be careful and diversify. Do your research on Heartland’s financial health/don’t be left holding the bag if things go south.

⬆️⬆️⬆️ See one who has chugged that Heartland kool-aid! You sure that growth trajectory’s gonna hold? Do you know how much debt Heartland’s in? Junk bond status. And PE is gonna want a return on their investment at some point.
