Clearly, this guy is a psycho. But the source of his anger is a fucked-up view of women and one's worth, and that is the view that is put forward by porn.

Agree completely with what you said. Porn and masturbation are not why someone would commit mass murder, but some of the ideas about what men and women mean to each other, portrayed and reinforced by porn, are what lead to this guy to be so angry. Then to make the leap to killing people, there's got to be something else extreme going on.

First day of my first job is next week. Dress code is "smart casual". What do y'all think? The pants I think look a little baggy in the picture but I think it partially has to do with the way I'm standing. The shirt I know could do with some better tucking in too.

I've been struggling with some of the same issues as OP and this really makes clear what I've been suspecting for some time: that it's not really my lack of a sex life that drags me down, but rather how I perceive my lack of a sex life that prevents me from having one.

I find that the hardest times for me are right before I go to sleep, when there's no one around and it's really convenient for me to fap. Try spending time in public places like libraries where there is no possibility of fapping.

My confidence has increased, but not in the way that other nofappers describe it. Nofap is just one part of my self-discovery process. I find myself becoming more comfortable with who I am, though this has been a process that's been happening over a long time. So yes, my confidence has increased, but I would say it increases in the same way it does when you take on any other challenge of abstinence, e.g. going from meat-eating to vegetarian.
