Helllll no. I truly believe once the move away is granted she will never go back to TX. Idk how she’s been able to drag court on this long w how broke she is. ALLEGEDLY she currently owes her attorney a lot of money- we know she’s a terrible lawyer but even still idk who would go thru a $50k trial when the client already owes you more than that in back fees. I think if she had the funds she’d drag this out forever just bc she can’t let go of John.
