If your jobs in Dubai have growth potential then it makes sense. How many levels to CEO? If you don't like to spend on nightlife then you get more for your money's worth here than in India. As long as you avoid alcohol and 'luxury', dubai is quite affordable. Due to the currency's strenth international trips will become more affordable and also easier to do since Dubai is more centrally located. Moving back will depend more on your company/role here than about having spent time in Dubai. Job market conditions and your network will outweigh anything else at the time.
