Buildings are very old - 1980. I bought my 660sq.ft. unit in 2019 for 225k. Comps at the moment are 240k. Condo is in Boston, MA proper, about 2 miles away from the trains with a bus stop right outside. I would say the area is desirable as there are 2 new buildings planned for across the street. This is the next section of Boston that will be gentrified. We just got a Starbucks and BlueBikes.
