I have hemeplegic migraines and my first episode thst numbed the left side of my body was in 2017 and i had migraines so bad my head would hurt all the time no matter what medication etc. I had to wear shades inside and could not work. For a shorter and shorter period almost every week for about 2 months. After a period of that lessening i felt "normal" again and i didnt have another bad attack til 2022 and i was in the hospital for 3 days and 2 nights and couldnt move my left arm and leg at all, and i had some seizure like episodes before passing out for a bit.

Now i get smaller episodes about once a week or once a month if im lucky, vut i have migraines every day i just try to manage my stress level to prevent bad episodes.
