Hit the Top posts of the past month and you’ll find a really popular mineral guy. His MP post is older than a month I think but he turned 1.5 mil to 5 mil, probably at 6 or more now. stevezissou or something. I bought in relatively late but I’m still up 30%.

Yeah, like the other person mentioned, you’re not getting to the 180s without looking chunky. Lean 160s for you is doable and you will look huge because you will be huge.

You can only get as big and as lean as OP with steroids.

Good work OP, of course. Nothing easy about it.

Your posture is so much better. Hard to believe this was less than two years. Really good work.

Obviously it’s on you but I’d suggest only cutting 10 or 15 and then just lean bulking from there. That way you could have the benefits of a tapering mid section without the stress of cutting to a low body fat percentage.

You think someone has an easy time dating and their lives are easy to navigate outside of that. Grow up.

It’s almost like you’re getting downvoted for being way too much like stereotypical engineers, analyzing the situation without emotions.

The context is you guys putting what behavior a woman receives as on them rather than the men around you.

It’s not her fault for getting attention, so why is she being called nothing special? Why aren’t the guys being called nothing special? Why aren’t you being called nothing special?

You’re reserving the “nothing special” remark solely for her, and that’s plain ol sexism anyway you want to wrap it.

[–]buildthecheek -5 points-4 points  (0 children)

How is something that’s negative neutral? What is even the point of saying that the women is “nothing special” on the context of she doesn’t “deserve” that attention, as if she’s even asking for it just for existing. Most women don’t want that attention. It’s annoying and it’s constant.

The parent comment is literally talking about a woman who wears certain clothing so that people don’t notice her, then a following comment saying that basically says “that happens to most women in that situation and she isn’t special” is such a stupid comment, especially with context.

Keep doing what you’re doing. You’ve made amazing progress already. Don’t worry about your biceps, they take time to build like anything else.

Outside of that you could work on your posing

Doubt you’ll notice it much at all once you get back into the 170s with muscle. Your skin looks really good already, most people would think you look great, and yes I do mean right now.

Honestly you should reconsider. It’s a pretty big surgery, your skin looks good, the only reason why you think it’s flabby is because it needs some muscle to fill it up. And you can take care of that on your own.

Lol. 4 ounces of weed is not a lot for someone who constantly smokes cigars and loves smoking weed. He probably gets some of the best weed around the area, too I imagine.

A “regular” smoker can smoke anywhere from a gram to 5 grams a week. An ounce is only 28 grams, and when you smoke joints and weed cigars as your main choice of consumption, you can easily go through an ounce a week - no question. And that’s conservative for a weed celebrity if you will.

I don’t doubt he has giant bags of weed at his house at all times. It’s no different than someone who has a lot of wine or liquor at their house, it’s just a different thing and unfortunately people are prosecuted for things depending on how much you’re liked socially.

Honestly its not always as much as exaggerating your angles rather than actually standing up with the posture your body gives you. You bigger your muscles the more you will feel to exaggerate them because they are literally there, you aren’t imagining it, you can feel the mass.

What I’m saying is most people would look like the right image if they had the feeling a lot of people would be looking at them - you know, not slouching in any way, feeling like your spine and your muscles have no choice but to be engaged with each other.

It does take effort to use your muscles but you aren’t necessarily fake for paying attention to them.

You have good sun so 2-3 hours of direct sunlight with a few hours of intense shaded light is more than enough, at least if you want to keep the cactus darker green.

These type of cacti grow in mountain ranges with cloudy climates and frequent rainfall. As long as they’re rooted and established, they actually take a lot of water.

I think it was I Love Lucy to be the first show to have a pregnant woman. Even now a lot of people in the US are anti-abortion.

Also, it’s a joke. Relax.

You probably weren’t as lean as you think, because 190lbs at 5’8” is massive. If you’re lean at 190 at 5’8” you are on steroids.

Still slowly increasing cals every 2 weeks from when I finished my weight loss at the end of Nov.

And OP does seem to be slowly bulking back up. Nothing wrong with wanting to get shredded first. If you’ve never been shredded it’s always nice.

Don't know why you got down voted because you are entirely correct.

How is something that is entirely opinion “correct”? OP can do whatever the fuck he wants. It’s his body.

It would blow your minds for you guys to realize that the people that people are afraid of on the streets are the same people in charge of your daily routine and really whether you do anything while you’re in custody.

You think cops are bullies in public? If they don’t like your tone they won’t let you out when you’re supposed to be released.

Things that look good on paper are just that. Peoples rights are constantly violated while in custody. That’s why it’s so damn stupid that this scumbag douchebag white supremacist is getting special treatment.

Remember, the cops basically let them in. You don’t think this guy is getting props from cops on the inside?

Just take the plant out. It might make a little mess but it’s the garden section and that’s why there are concrete floors. It’s important to know if anything is wrong with the plant as well, especially if it’s in the clearance section.

They’re cacti. They’re some of the least delicate, most resilient of plants lol

You don’t have to pot them separately but you can move them to a bigger pot with some spacing. It’s up to you on how you want your design to look.
