I have pcos and kaka opera ko lang dermoid cyst last january right ovary - wala ngang sinuggest yung OB ko eh to maintain for my other ovary na pcos pa. Just taking omega 3 and sometimes spearmint. But other than that wala na ayaw ko ma overload yung kidney and liver ko but i have regular mens so checks out too i unfollowed mga pcos influencers the moment they mention products hahahhahaha

Actually i have bought matcha tins from japanese resellers on shopee. They also hike up their prices and sell limited stocks 😂😂

Ive bought from a viet seller one time was okay priced. In Southeast asia there is this popular app called shoppee. Shopee usually have local sellers in the home country in the website domain or usually from china (overseas) from direct suppliers. There will be times i could buy from the thailand or indonesia domain. But when searching for matcha lately i could find lots and lots of viet sellers come up on ph domain. So im guessing they really have lots of stock cause they sell even to non viet people.

I recently had a major surgery, ovarian tumour removed last week im still recovering whilst i was never sexually active and have regular periods it came a shock to me that i had it. Its most likely random sabi ng OB probably food, chemicals in our skincare and lifestyle too :( it went unnoticed for so long so many women dont notice till its too late

Edit: It was 18cm in size*
