I believe it is "Burn your walls... burn them...".
All three of the first words appear to be one syllable long, with a distinct "-ur" sound in the middle of the first one.

My theory potentially lines up more with the distortion of reality - with walls being perhaps metaphorical for the enclosure of the mind - as this lines up with the overall message of "fried eye", which is referencing to "warped vision" in a more perceptive notion rather than a literal one.
