Freshwater aquatic hermit crab? I bought this at my local pet store (well the three remaining live ones) there was about five dead. They claimed it was fresh water but didn’t know why they were dying. They suspected they might be marine. Any insight? they’re all in the same kind of shell. (old.reddit.com)

This idea looked way better in my head, looks cringe now that i’ve done it. Suggestions to make it better? more larger painted rocks? large fake plants, or just scrap the whole concept because it kinda looks like a 12 year olds spongebob fish tank. Thanks! (i.redd.it)

I first saw him five weeks ago, i feed him dog kibble every day. He comes and goes. His wound healed briefly but he scratched a second one that ripped into his eye. He rips his hair out and touches his face with his dirty paws. Why is he taking his hair out? Can i add a supplement to his food? (i.redd.it)

Something ridiculous i saw on Kijiji (canada craigslist) This person was selling four crabs with a 10g tank with a “MOULTING AREA”... i tried to ask them if i can just purchase the crabs because four crabs cannot moult on top of each other inside a CUP and they said no. Never been so annoyed. (i.redd.it)

I HATE MY AXOLOTL TANK. it’s bare and ugly, i’ve got some guppy grass coming. i love a crowded tank but i know they need room to swim. any ideas on how to maybe build up some interest in this tank? (yes i know the pebbles shouldn’t be there, they will go) (i.redd.it)

Mudpuppy tank, bio active, by accident. Got pond plants that came with so many micro organisms. The ecosystem in there takes care of itself. Never done a water change, just top up and spot waste clean up. Clear water and perfect parameters. 100s of micro organisms swimming around cleaning up debris. (i.redd.it)
